In 1996, Suzuki listened to its customers and brought the Suzuki GSX-R 750 1996back to where it should have been. With a new chassis, new engine, 39 mm carburetors, a new line was reduced by 20 kg weight, weighed 179 kg with 128 horsepower and precise handling.

The Suzuki GSX-R 750 1996 was made using technologies derived directly from the 500cc GP racing. He even looked a lot like the Suzuki RGV 500 that will drive Kevin Schwantz in the World Championship last year.

The new Suzuki GSX-R 750 1996 was as extreme as the first model GSXR, a decade before. The wheelbase was reduced to 1,400 mm and the new framework of 24 ° twin-spar aluminum (instead of double bed) was very rigid.

The new engine was an impressive piece of engineering, being the engine more compact and lightweight class. New race distance (72 x 46 mm) engine, water cooled, DOHC four-valve, moved 25 degrees forward.

SCEM cylinders riding (Silicon Carbide Electro-Plate) to reduce the passage of the cylinder. This year introduces the new air induction system, SRAD (Suzuki Ram Air Direct) and electronic control BDSR of 39mm carburetors.

The SRAD Suzuki Ram stands for Air Direct (Direct Air Force Suzuki) is a system used by the manufacturer in some of his Suzuki motorcycle engines. Is a direct shot of air, usually from the nose of the fairing, which goes directly to a box or airbox overpressure, where the dynamic pressure induced by the fast forward, the air pressure increases over the air, being then mixed with fuel and subsequently injected into the cylinders. System effectiveness increases with speed, since the pressure in the airbox increases with her, thus resulting in a supercharger system, acting the same way that a volumetric compressor mechanic, but without needing employ any element added to the motor.

The lightweight magnesium was used to cover the cylinder head, starter motor, clutch, transmission gear and other areas. These and other weight savings allowed the new model achieve the same dry weight of 179 kg than the original model of the Suzuki GSX-R 750 1985.

The 43 mm inverted forks and rear suspension was fully adjustable.

Everything was new to the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2000 (16 th version of the model). The engine and chassishave been completely redesigned. The fairing is more aerodynamic, 30 mm lower in total height, longer swingarm, longer wheelbase, brakes 4 piston (instead of the 6 pistons before), smaller rear rim (back to 5.5 “), the engine shorter and narrower with new design fuel injection and about 13 kg lighter.

The engine has 12 valves intake and exhaust valves º 13 º, both a level closer to a more compact combustion area, allowing a remarkable 12.0 compression ratio.

The butt is reduced in length about 7.5 mm and the cover of the head is of lightweight magnesium. The cylinders are of a single piece with the upper crankcase reduced weight and size.

The crankcase dinstintivo continues the three-piece design. All these contribute to a motor of 15 mm shorter in length, 8 mm narrower and 5 kg lighter, achieving the goal of a lightweight and compact in the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2000.

Optimal fuel supply for the engine, is the new electronic system fuel injection with dual throttle valve and valve electronic control, increased torque and power, as well as increased combustion efficiency, which also contributes to some emissions gases cleaner.

The new chassis on the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2000 is much lighter and the swingarm has been lengthened 20 mm, the wheelbase remains at 1400 mm for better handling and traction control.

For 2001, the Suzuki GSX-R 750 remains unchanged, but gives birth to two GSX-R models also impressive.

The Suzuki GSX-R 750 2001, with a maximum angle of inclination of 54.5 degrees. The 43 mm inverted fork with 125mm of wheel travel and the rear shock piston 46mm aluminum body, are fully adjustable.

Disc front brakes with 320 mm lightweight aluminum calipers and 4 piston rear brake disc 220 mm, with twin-piston caliper opposite.

The lightweight 17-inch wheels, radial tires are high performance developed specifically for the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2001.

The fairing and bodywork (including the tail cap standard), fit properly around the compact chassis and engine, keeping the frontal area and maximizing wind protection of the pilot with the effectiveness of ram-air .

The Suzuki GSX-R 750 2001 carries a 4-stroke engine , four -cylinder 16-valve liquid-cooled, is extremely lightweight and compact. The engine size and weight are primarily the result of the cylinder head small and light with an angle of 25 ¼ valve, hollow camshafts and lightweight forged pistons.

The combination of the cylinders with the upper crankcase make the assembly is stronger, lightweight and allows the internal path of lubricating oils, eliminating external hoses.

For more power and improve throttle response, an electronic control module of 16 bits is used to operate the fuel injection system, which consists sharp throttle bodies which provide the fuel injector spray a steep angle; addition a servomotor controls the secondary system valve acceleration (SDTV), maintaining the correct speed of the admission of air.

Compact chassis aluminum alloy swingarm length, designed to distribute weight over the front wheel. The chassis obtains an optimal ratio of torsion and stiffness / weight, the steering geometry in turn provide excellent traction capacity rear and traction in a straight line in road.

Electrical equipment includes an assembly of functional double beam light and compact, analog tachometer and LCD digital speedometer.

The seven hundred and fifty Suzuki GSX-R 2002 was identical to previous versions (2000 and 2001),changes of the colors of the decor: blue / white, red / black / gray and yellow / black.

A new adjustable swingarm pivot to provide a better height adjustment on the bike. An enhanced version of SDTV (fuel injection system). Both lights now illuminate even in the light position short.

The mirrors are lighter and is changed by a new exhaust tailpipe in polished stainless steel.

The Suzuki GSX-R 750 2002 offered a four-stroke, four cylinder, liquid cooled and more compact than the Suzuki GSX-R 750 1999 (its predecessor in the range).

The butt was 25 º more narrow, including the valve angle, creating a combustion chamber much more compact, a radius of understanding taller and a better output of gases , increasing their power considerably.

Suzuki GSX-R 750 2002
A History of suseciones, a standard of performance, leading to highway traffic technology a great thoroughbred , circuit.

Suzuki GSX-R 750 2007, a motorcycle racing with headlights
It combines the strong response and broad powerband of a large displacement bike with compact dimensions and maneuverability of a supersport . Equip with the latest technology and get the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2007 , designed to dominate the track, but approved for the street.

Four-cylinder engine, 4-stroke, 750cc liquid-cooled, with the second injector in each throttle body, which kicks in to high returns and large throttle opening to increase the power circuit.

Overlapping axes change, the bore and stroke of 70 mm x 48.7 mm and a “pitch” (distance between cylinder axes) of 76 mm contribute to a very narrow and lightweight engine.

Distribution with titanium valves for high revolutions and narrow angle between them which allows a compression ratio 12,5:1.

Electronic injection system SDTV (Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve) which provides a smoother response and without gaps, higher combustion efficiency, high torque at low and mid range and low emissions.

Exhaust system SET (Suzuki Exhaust Tuning) using a throttle valve controlled by a servo motor that opens and closes to adjust the exhaust pipe to engine speed.

6-speed close-ratio limiter clutch system for a smoother cuts.

The chassis of the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2007 aluminum alloy of high rigidity along with the long swing and short wheelbase, they get a phenomenal geometry and drive circuit.

Bieletas rear suspension that allow the damper to move in a softer arc, improving traction in small irregularities and increasing resistance in sinkings larger.

Inverted front fork with 41 mm bars treated with titanium carbide to reduce friction.

Adjustable footrests in three positions, the short fuel tank and the high dome allows a comfortable and efficient riding position.

310 mm front discs with radial-mount calipers and master cylinder radical. Rear disc with single piston caliper.

Vertical Multi-Reflector headlights. Compact LED taillight with clear plastic.

The implementation of the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2007 consists of a servomotor using analog tachometer and LCD digital gear position indicator, speedometer, odometer with dual part, clock, engine temperature and witnesses of electronic fuel injection and gas reserves , plus a programmable LED maximum RPM.

Suzuki GSX-R 750 2006, a motorcycle racing with headlights
It combines the strong response and broad powerband of a large displacement bike with compact dimensions and maneuverability of a supersport. Equip with the latest technology and get the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2006, designed to dominate the track, but approved for the street.

Four-cylinder engine, 4-stroke, 750cc liquid-cooled, with the second injector in each throttle body, which kicks in to high returns and large throttle opening to increase the power circuit.

Overlapping axes change, the bore and stroke of 70 mm x 48.7 mm and a ” pitch “(distance between cylinder axes) of 76 mm contribute to a very narrow and lightweight engine.

The chassis of the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2006 aluminum alloy of high rigidity along with the long swing and short wheelbase, they get a phenomenal geometry and drive circuit.

The implementation of the Suzuki GSX-R 750 2006 consists of a servomotor using analog tachometer and LCD digital gear position indicator, speedometer, odometer with dual part, clock, engine temperature and witnesses of electronic fuel injection and gas reserves , plus a programmable LED maximum RPM.
