MIVV presents developments for the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 2007. Once submitted, the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 2007, one of the most frequent requests from fans has been the ability to mount an aftermarket single exhaust with more performances to the original. MIVV responded immediately, studying and performing a complete product performance level of this “road superbike.”

The Suzuki GSX-R 1000 2007 is a super-advanced bike: new engine and made the bicycle represents an outstanding result, the sum of many changes and improvements that Suzuki has developed over the years. Her new 4-cylinder, revised in regard to materials and electronics (including flat with variables), triggered nearly 160 hp at 12,150 rpm and a torque of 102 Nm at 9,900 rpm.

The standard exhaust is a 4 to 1 in 2, ie at the end suggests a conical silencer rather “abundant” on each side. An election against the current, seen in the past Suzuki had preferred a short side exhaust. Hence the need to ‘clean up’ one of the two sides of the bike homologated exhaust choosing a more racing and aggressive.

This is the proposal MIVV for Suzuki GSX-R 1000 2007
To provide comprehensive, first of all say that MIVV has two solutions for this super-sports: a double exhaust system, which incorporates the first choice of Suzuki and installation, more original, with a single output.

- The installation of double outlet is available in both GP (titanium or carbon configurations) and X-cone (steel settings) homologated with extractable dB-killer.

This solution may be associated with non-kat central collector can be mounted also on original terminals.

- Installation with single output is available in setting short OVAL TITANIUM or CARBON approved with dB-killer removable and non-kat central collector.

Micron has literally revolutionized the market with their own models inspired by the world of MotoGP. This is the approach to the sport, especially for the Suzuki GSX-R.

The leaks have adopted a new construction technique called Hydraforming, which is to form a component by a hydraulic fluid pressure exerted on the aluminum, resulting in a lighter aluminum than usual, as light as a titanium exhaust without being so expensive .

This technique is mostly used for a complex geometry and indeed is perfect to give a particular form to leaks.

The model for the Suzuki GSX-R is completely legal for the road and has a weight reduction of 1.5 kg. And you can earn up to 5 hp with the silencer and a 10 hp legalized if it is removed for use in circuits. Its price is around about 500 euros. More information on the official website.
