Two keys come with this motorcycle.
Keep the spare key in a safe place. An identifying number is stamped on the plate. Use this number when making a replacement key.
Please write down your key number in the box provided for your future reference.

Inspect the carbon brushes for abnormal wear, cracks or
smoothness in the brush holder.

Adjust the engine idle speed periodically on the engine at normal operating
temperature.
To adjust the idle speed:
Lift the fuel tank by referring to
the air cleaner section.
Start the engine and warm it
up by running at idling speed

Inspect the camshaft sprocket in the following
procedures:
remove the intake and exhaust camshafts. Refer to “engine top side
disassembly” .
Inspect the teeth of each camshaft sprocket for wear
