Transmission installation
Install the transmission in the reverse order of removal.
Pay attention to the following points:
Bearing and oil seal
Caution
replace the removed bearings and oil seals
with new ones ...
Countershaft gear / driveshaft gear
disassembly and assembly
Refer to “transmission removal” and “transmission installation” .
Disassembly
Caution
identify the position of each removed part.
Organize the parts in their respective groups

Assemble the engine top side in the reverse order of
disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
Cylinder head
Install the dowel pins and a new cylinder head gasket
(1) to the cylinder.

use a new gasket to prevent gas leakage.

Rear turn signal light bulb replacement
Caution
when you touch the bulb with your bare
hands, clean the bulb with a cloth moistened
with alcohol or soap water to prevent
premature bulb failure.
Remove the rear turn signal light lens (1).

turn the ignition switch off.
