Transmission installation
Install the transmission in the reverse order of removal.
Pay attention to the following points:
Bearing and oil seal
Caution
replace the removed bearings and oil seals
with new ones ...
Countershaft gear / driveshaft gear
disassembly and assembly
Refer to “transmission removal” and “transmission installation” .
Disassembly
Caution
identify the position of each removed part.
Organize the parts in their respective groups

and rejoin the drive chain.
Note
when using the special tool, apply a small
quantity of grease to the threaded parts of
the special tool.

Tapping clamp
: insert the clamp from the front side. Place the turn signal
and position light couplers in front of the clamp.

: clamp the wiring harness at the blue taping point. Bend
the steel clamps to the front side.
