Transmission installation
Install the transmission in the reverse order of removal.
Pay attention to the following points:
Bearing and oil seal
Caution
replace the removed bearings and oil seals
with new ones ...
Countershaft gear / driveshaft gear
disassembly and assembly
Refer to “transmission removal” and “transmission installation” .
Disassembly
Caution
identify the position of each removed part.
Organize the parts in their respective groups

Apply engine coolant.
Apply molybdenum oil
solution.
Do not reuse.

Coolant level
The engine coolant solution
should be between "f" (full) and
"1..:' (Low) level lines on the engine
coolant reservoir. If the level is
lower than "1..:' (Low) level line,
bring it up to "f" (full) level by adding
50:50 mixture of distilled water ...
